The ACCC is considered a “working” board that performs not only club fiduciary and strategic duties, but also partners with ACCC Committees to fulfill management and technical functions. The ACCC Board actively participates in ACCC’s daily activities as well as having additional responsibilities. The ACCC Board actively meets (virtually) minimally of once per month.

Bylaw descriptions of the positions open for nomination

VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice-President shall have the duties and exercise the powers of the President in case of the president’s death, absence, or incapacity. The Vice-President shall be bonded in an amount determined by the Board of Directors.

TREASURER

The Treasurer shall collect and receive all money due or belonging to the Club; and shall deposit the same in a bank approved by the Board, in the name of the Club. The books shall at all times be open to inspection of the Board and a report shall be made to the Board of the Club’s finances including receipts
or payments not previously reported. At the Annual Meeting, he/she shall render an account of all money received and expended during the previous fiscal year. The Treasurer shall be bonded in an amount determined by the Board of Directors.

RECORDING SECRETARY

The Recording Secretary shall keep a record of all meetings of the Club and of the Board and of all votes taken by mail, and of all matters of record.

BOARD MEMBER

General management of the Club’s affairs shall be entrusted to the Board of Directors.
