AMERICAN CHINESE CRESTED CLUB MENTOR APPLICATION

A Parent Club’s responsibility to educate those that seek information and knowledge on their breed from a qualified teacher/mentor is a venture not to be regarded lightly. In the interest of a cohesive and impartial educational program, the American Chinese Crested Club has implemented the following requirements to become an ACCC Approved Mentor:

The following criteria is required to apply to become an ACCC approved mentor. All Must be Selected to qualify.(Required)

Be an American Chinese Crested Club member who is in good standing with both the ACCC and AKC.

Be a Chinese Crested breeder for a minimum of 12 years and have bred at least 5 champions from 2 separate litters or is known to have significant background and knowledge of our breed.

Have adhered to all ACCC rules and Code of Ethics set forth by the Club in all areas of conduct and breeding practices and have demonstrated the ability to be a positive and productive ambassador of the breed.

Be knowledgeable and respectful at all times of the current AKC-approved breed standard.

Have attended at least once the American Chinese Crested Club’s approved Judge’s Education program.

Will complete the AKC Truncated Breed Exam on the Chinese Crested (supplied by the ACCC JEC).
