Project Description
The Chinese Crested Club National this year was amazing. Firstly, I would like to thank Lara Siva Hill, as show chairman, she covered every base. The decorations, the theme and the awards were some of the best I’ve seen. My steward, Myra, did an amazing job getting dogs in and out of the ring efficiently in such a beautiful entry, thank you.
I have always loved the Chinese Crested Breed it’s elegance, balance and beauty have captivated me. This entry was lovely, kudos to the breeders for all their hard work. The dogs for the most part had lovely outlines, tail sets and carriage. I was impressed with so many dogs with impeccable breed character, so important to the Chinese Crested breed.
I noticed improvement on the almond eye and the beautiful wedge heads. Tail carriage and sets were lovely in this entry. I also admired many of the true hairless dogs and bitches, and it was inspiring to see an entry of this caliber.
After judging this National Specialty, I feel confident that this breed is in good hands and I look forward to seeing the breed flourish in the future.
Thank you again –
Dana Cline
